Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times may be longer during new product drops, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

U.S. Shipping

Spirit Drops currently ships within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: $3.99
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at spiritdropscollective@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside our control.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, tracking shows a delivery issue, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at spiritdropscollective@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

International Shipping

Spirit Drops does not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
